West Hall was the first building on the Elmhurst College campus to pursue LEED certification for sustainable design. The building, adjacent parking lot, and surrounding landscape boast of sustainable materials, energy sensitive design, and reduced impact on the environment, while contextually meshing with the existing “collegiate Georgian” architectural style.
