Craig is a nationally recognized leader in educational design. For over three decades, he has focused on one thing: designing PK-12 schools with the student’s entire journey in mind. His philosophy is based on the belief that school design should spark joy, reflect optimism, and be inclusive in its execution.
Some of Craig’s recent and ongoing projects include the Ann Reid Early Childhood Center, Jane Westerhold Early Learning Center, Adlai E. Stevenson High School East Building Addition 2, and the comprehensive renovations of three high schools in Maine Township School District 207.
He holds a BFA in Painting and an MA in Architecture from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and is a member of the American Institute of Architects’ Committee on Architecture for Education.
