Wight & Company President and COO Patrick E. Cermak is being honored with the Leadership in the Private Sector Award at March of Dimes’ 2024 Construction and Transportation Awards, which recognize firms and individuals that champion maternal and infant health.

During his years of service fostering the growth of the March of Dimes Chicago Chapter, Pat played an important role in establishing the Construction & Transportation Awards to recognize the firms and individuals dedicated to building strong communities, a vital component to ensuring the future success of the March of Dimes’ mission to support healthy families. Pat continues to lead by example to inspire a culture of service among the next generation of leaders in our communities.

As a lifelong “coach,” Pat is most proud of his work mentoring others and fostering a culture of excellence and shared success, generously sharing his insights and knowledge. Pat is a role model for civic engagement, and his dedication to the March of Dimes and countless other organizations is a testament to his commitment to helping others.
